Deborah Gibson's Electric Youth is committed to offering the highest level of arts education for serious young performers through our summer and winter camps, songwriting intensives and recording bootcamps. The program is open to all dedicated young performers ages 10-20, but the panel will consider younger students on a case-by-case basis depending on their level of professionalism. Our 2010 Summer Camp will be help in Hollywood, CA from Monday, July 12th -- Friday, July 16th. Classes will include vocal technique, pop performance & styling, dance, monologues, stand-up comedy, improvisation, music theory, a special "Singing for Actors" workshop and more! What is Deborah Gibson's Electric Youth?Deborah Gibson's Electric Youth is an elite, all-encompassing performing arts day camp based in Hollywood, California. Our next Summer Camp will be there from July 12th - 16th, 2010.Do you offer a Winter Camp?A very successful five-day "Winter Camp" was held in New York City from December 26 - 20, 2008.How old does my child have to be in order to join the camp?All camps are open to ages 10 - 20, but we will consider younger students on a case-by-case basis. How long will my child be at camp?The 2010 Summer Camp will be five classes a day, five days a week from Monday, July 12th until Friday, July 16th. The classes will run from approx. 9:30 AM until 5:30 PM each weekday during the camp. The final Friday will include showcase for family and friends.How much is the tuition?Tuition for the 2010 Summer Camp is $1400 (discount for checks) or $1500 (for PayPal) for all ages.Are housing and transportation included in the tuition?Housing and transportation are not included with the tuition. Returning students do not need to re-apply.
